L.O.E. (Library of Exercises) is a collection of useful exercises I’m building right now. You can use them as warming-up exercises, you can incorporate them into your practice routine. You can even use YouTube’s shuffle feature so that you get a random exercise for every day.
My “LOE program” (if I may call it that way) is organised in 2 playlists:
- the LOE E: this is the main playlist with all the exercises and their descriptions
- the LOE B: this is a playlist with self-made backing tracks you need for some of the exercises
